Our youngest son wanted a new puppy. We spent one Saturday going to every shelter in our area and were unable to find a small companion. Our son was so disapponted and I explained we would a friend just be patient. I went on-line and found a picture of Pickles. We emailed the volunteer group caring for him. We didn't know that the group tried to respond and our email had returned their message. Alison the volunteer went above and beyond and looked up our number and called us the next day. We brought Pickles home that day and he has been a great companion for our son and our Australian Terrier thinks he is a great friend too! We can't thank the foster mom Sheila or Alison enough for saving him from a shelter that was going to kill him and believing from our email that Pickles would have a great home.
