Hello, I am Darcie, I was diagnosed at age 2 with Autism, I could barely talk, walk, etc. It has been a difficult life for me to live with Autism, I have lost a lot of opportunities for friendships, relationships are difficult, I was bullied a lot, so I have learned to keep to myself. But, Autism is not the worst thing in the world.
Because of my Autism, I am caring
Because of my Autism, I am kind
Because of my Autism, I am creative
Because of my Autism, I am smart
Because of my Autism, I am a good friend, daughter, sister, and girlfriend (to a lucky guy in the future)
Because of my Autism, I care about animals and babies
Because of my Autism, I am a great employee
The moral of this story: do not just look at the negatives, look at the positives.
